I am very disappointed with GNC I placed a order with them and when my order came in it was missing two item. I contacted there customer service department and ****** did not care what i had to say and told me that I was out of luck and they where not going to help me. I asked to speak to a manager and I have not had a reply from anyone. I will never purchase anything from this company again and I will make sure that I spread the word on how they treat there customers ****General Nutrition Centers, Inc. Response

GNC sucks!! I placed an online order on July 15 and 3 weeks later no product or word from the company. When I called GNC, they canceled half the order and ordered the other half again (at full price) of course. I called immediately (less than 24 hours) to cancel the order and they refused because they claim that it shipped immediately (even though the first order from weeks ago didnt do that). You can buy most of GNC products at Amazon and ******** I would go there instead and save yourself any future headaches.Review from Pete K

This is a complaint involving General Nutrition Centers, Inc. I went into the store to buy a bottle of Oil of Oregano. The price on the shelf was $29.99 buy one and get one free. When I went to check out ****** would not sell it to me for the $29.99 buy one and get one free. So, I bought one bottle for $34.99. This location was in Florissant, Mo Store 03977. I emailed GNC a couple of times, they got back to me one time, but never did anything about this matter. I feel I got ripped off. It is not my fault they don't keep up with their prices.

This is the 8th order I have placed in two years where I either didn't get my order (never delivered), or my order was systematically canceled several times including 6 days ago. This company has taken my money every time, yet failed to deliver a product. I will never do business with this company again! I'm done! Now I have to retrieve my money! Bought products at a store Clerk looked up my account and saw I was a frequent customer. Clerk provided a prepared box with free small packaged supplements and gave it to me . Checked my receipt later to find out he charged me for a membership I was never asked or told about this charge. Went back to the store to get a refund. Different clerk said he could not do it and to come back the next day. Came back the next day and another clerk advised a refund could not be provided This membership was slid to me without my consent or knowledge. Now I see why they wanted to E Mail me my receipt .I called corporate and they said they will give me points . I advised them I dont want points , I want my membership refunded because I never authorized it. No help but they said they will notify the store to cooperate better .This may not be a criminal issue but it is.certainly unethical .Review from Kristofer E

Ordered products and chose next day shipping ($19.99). Received confirmation of shipping within the hour. Shipping is provided via ***** according to tracker. Order was placed 7/3/2022. I assumed with the 4th the next day it might have been delayed until 7/5/22 (but I was hopeful). ***** tracker states estimated delivery of 7/11/22. Contacted GNC support and spoke with ******* ******* representative states that "next day shipping" only means that they will have the product shipped from "their facility" by the next day not delivered the next day. I ask for a refund of the next day shipping fee, or a credit made to my account for the $19.99 difference, as I could've selected the free shipping option and received the products at the same time as this "next day" nonsense. The company representative states they cannot credit my account/provide a refund as these are their policies. I thank the representative anyway and state that I'll file a complaint as I believe this to be misleading/false advertising.I made an attempt to search their website's terms and conditions to find where the "shipping" definition is actually defined as such but I couldn't find it or couldn't translate the legalese enough to understand that it is in the T&C. GNC and its consumers who purchase their products suffer from franchisees who absolutely refuse to offer refunds no matter the valid reason when item is purchased in the store or the store is listed as a pick up location for products ordered online. Consumers beware of any specialized business that shows numerous brick and mortar locations within a city as many may be owned by a franchisee who will not honor returns or internet order store pickup snafus. Before purchasing GNC products check to confirm it is a corporate establishment—which is becoming a rare find—and ask about their return policy. For instance: ask if you can return their Rich Chocolate Lean Shake 25 after opening the container and using it one time only to discover it has no chocolate flavor whatsoever; plus, it tastes gross, kind of chalky. See what their response is and don’t buy their products if their salesperson or customer service agent tells you No Refunds on any products sold opened or unopened.

Would give zero starts if I could!Purchased ****** of protein powder. Was never delivered. GNC **************** told me to open an investigation with ****** ***** tells me that GNC has to intiate it.3 Calls back to GNC connected me with three different Customer Support Reps (from the Phillippins) who all three put me on hold for several minutes then hung up on me.Based on their BBB rating, they obviously don't give a c*** about doing the right thing.I'm done with them.General Nutrition Centers, Inc. Had a subscription setup for 6 CASES of a drink. It was placed and shipped with no issues. However, they arrived today, and as soon as I opened the package, I saw the bottles loosely tossed into the box. There were 2 cases per box, so 24 in 3 boxes. However, they didn't even get that right. One package had 22, one had 23, and one had 24. So I am 3 drinks short; they aren't in their case like every other order of this drink I've received from GNC and like the website says.That's not even it. The one that had 24 (correct amount) had two bottles explode, and now all 22 other bottles in that box, and the package itself, is sticky and wet. Have to throw two CASES (loose bottles thrown in with no packing) into the trash.Horrible company; I wouldn't recommend doing any business with them. Had issues prior (not going to go into details, but in-stock items on their site being out of stock, not refunding me, shipping out the wrong product, etc.), and support was terrible; not going to reach out and hear more excuses with zero resolution.
