I purchased a hearing aid from New Sound Hearing Aid Centers on 11/22/2021 with a 30 day return policy. I returned the hearing aids on the 30th day for the refund and was told that it would have to go through the main office and a check would be mailed to the Pearland office when I returned them in 30 days. I called them on 1/24 inquiring about my refund and got a run around from the Pearland office and was then referred to the Webster Office . I was talking to Amanda at 281-332-2220. I waiting as requested for the rest of the week, I called them back on 1/31/2022. Amanda was not in the office but the lady I spoke with assured me she could help. I explained everything that had went on up till this point and again was assured that I would be contacted back same day 1/31/2022 with an answer. I never heard back from them which is why I am filing a complaint on Northland and New Sound Hearing Aid centers. I am an 89 year old woman on a fixed income and it seems they do not want to refund my money as the contract said. Please help me with this Respectfully ****** *****
