I discovered a leaking shutoff valve just a few days before I needed to leave town, and Restano got me in on the day I contacted them! Love the office team (I talked with *****). I was glad to see the most excellent ********** at my door, who gave me an advanced notice phone call for his earlier-than-expected arrival (always nice when you've been given a wide window). He has been here more than once (for a difficult job last year, done patiently and beautifully, and for an easy job today, done quickly but carefully). He was friendly, remembered me and my house, communicated well, and double checked my service club membership to make sure I got the best price. I want him next time (which is inevitable in my aging home)!

The installers were great. They showed up on time, answered all of our questions and did a terrific job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. The new system works great.

Was about to have an cooling emergency so I called Restano. They had an apoointment a month out but put ne on the wait list for cancels. One day later They had a cancel so off we went. Decided not to waste money on band aids so purchased a new unit. A few hours and lots of money later and I'm loving my AC! Efficient and professional, I highly recommend the Restano Team.

I've been a customer of Restano for a number of years, and they recently installed a new Carrier Infinity A/C unit (my entire system is a Carrier Infinity).The installation of the outdoor portion of the A/C presented some challenges (it's a bit larger than the unit it was replacing, and my fence/gate/stone wall configuration conspired to stymie bringing it onto the property), but the Restano technicians were able to promptly resolve those difficulties, and the rest of the installation went without a hitch.The new unit performs excellently, and the outdoor portion of the A/C unit makes barely a whisper, and this is even when it is operating full tilt.I couldn't be more pleased with both the unit and with Restano. I've often recommended them to my friends and neighbors.I've always been pleased with their service both for the furnace and the A/C. Their technicians are uniformly excellent; both in terms of their knowledge of the equipment, as well as in the quality of their work. They are always considerate when coming into the house, and they never leave a mess to clean up once they depart. I would not consider allowing anyone else to service my unit.I've also used Restano's plumbing services, and they fully in keeping with their heating and cooling services in terms of quality.These are good people.

The technicians installing my new furnace and AC were timely, efficient and knowledgeable about all of the equipment. They took out the old and installed the new equipment in about 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took the old equipment away. They showed me how to use the new thermostat. I would highly recommend them!
