Our kitchen remodel was completed late summer 2021. The owner told us that no matter what went wrong in the next year, he would send someone out to fix it. Our thermostat had to be disconnected and relocated during the work. Foreman was not a qualified HVAC, The owner said he would send another HVAC out to finish the work after all was done. So it's hanging there like an umbilical cord from our ceiling and not working. A couple weeks after job finished, the kitchen faucet started wiggling--it's now so loose you can lift it out of place-- and three cabinet doors came right off, almost hitting my daughter in the head. I called The owner, no response. He did have someone from S Hills Electric come assess the thermostat and we got an estimate on that work. But, then the owner and the foreman got into an argument and foreman quit. The owner told us that everything was the foreman's fault and we should talk to him before proceeding further and he hasn't returned any of my calls since. I have secured another HVAC contractor to do the thermostat work, the foreman was kind enough to tell me what needed to be done since the owner never did call me back. But I still have three cabinets I'm afraid to use and a wobbly faucet. I am sad that I spent the amount of money I did only to have simple things go wrong and the owner of this business out of touch. I want my cabinets fixed and my faucet tightened up, that's all. I want a call back from the owner and I want these things fixed .Initial Complaint

Contract signed Nov, 21 2020. Though NOT REQUIRED, I made additional payments over the next few months as a sign of trust and my commitment to see this through and PAID IN FULL. Proposed promise finish date was Feb 2021. Granted Covid affected things. The obvious recent events of avoidance and deception from Wes is unprofessional and not acceptable. (Wes) Company informed us in Early June that our cabinets have arrived. Upon many phones calls for updates or scheduling AFTER THIS information, Wes has made certain dates as A POTENTIAL to start in every phone call, but never followed through. I made another attempted call on Friday Aug 13, 2021 and it seemed a coincidence as WES quoted " I was going to call and the job will start on Monday August 16, 2021.".. We spent our whole weekend moving and storing things and have minimal use of our small house as there is not much room. They were a NO SHOW and to this date No one reached out for any explanation, cause or apology. Just terrible .Customer response
