On 5.13.22, Custom Turf aerated our law. The damage they did is absolutely terrible. The entire law was torn up. We paid $416.63 in January 2022 for their services for the entire year of 2022. I called to complain on 5.13.22, the same day service was rendered. when I called to complain, I spoke to Brandon, an assistant manager and was verbally assaulted and bullied. Bandon promised to stop by to look at the lawn in 30 minutes. He never showed up, as promised, or even called. In fact, no one at all called me. To back up a bit, when I was speaking with Brandon, I asked him if he could come into the house to speak with my husband who lives in a wheelchair and is totally immobile, as he would like to discuss the matter. Brandon's reply was that he would absolutely come into the home to speak with my husband. I guess that is a moot point, though, as Brandon never called or showed up. Nor has anyone from the office made any kind of contact. I also left a message for the owner of the company, but have not received a response of any kind. I think this is the poorest level of customer service. There is no excuse for a business owner and his or her staff to treat a customer like this. I don't know that I've ever been talked to the way Brandon talked to me. It was a million times worse than disrespect. My lawn is ruined and I can't imagine how much money it will take to restore the lawn to its prior condition. I would not recommend this company, whom I have been dealing with for years, to anyone at all. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience and how horrible it was as well as what a subpar job was done. No one deserves this poor level of service or to be treated so poorly as a paying customer. If support documentation is required, please contact me and I will be happy to provide the same.
