Back in August 2023 after checking reviews of clear creek legal to help me in my debt situation after 10 months of giving them over $5700 my wife got sick and I had to cancel , since I never used them for any legal things and my contract said I could cancel anytime without any problem, they refunded me $3096 and kept the difference for doing nothing

Clear Creek Legal promised to help me regain control of my financial life. I have been making monthly payments without fail, and actively posting documents they told me to ignore. In ignoring those obligations, I have been filed with two separate lawsuits, with more coming in the near future. In contacting them I was told, the *********************** is stagnate, and Clear Creek has encourage me to take advantage of any settlement the credit card companies offered to me. This fact was not explained to me until July 2024, when I contacted them. Willing taking money while knowing I am struggling with debt, is a CLEAR representation of their integrity.

IF I could give them a ZERO star I would. Basically, nothing has changed with my parents status, except the CCL sure takes their money each month. NO status on debt relief and my parents continue to get calls from creditors that have no idea of this company and the creditors threaten my parents. MY ELDERLY PARENTS. We are seeking a lawyer, a real one.

Clear Clear legal is the worst. Trying to fix my credit, I hired them. Big and expensive mistake. They withdrew about $ ****** monthly for the last six months, from my account and did not do anything for me. Called, text, E Mail, no answer just answering machine. Had to stop payment and write them to cancel my account. I wish I knew they are scammers before I started using them. How come they are still in business. BBB revoked with an F. I will *** them to see if I can get all or some of my $ back.

They stole on money and never paid any of our debts!

This is a scam. I enrolled for debt consolidation and relief. After 9 months there was never anything being done. I was informed by one of my creditors that banks do not negotiate with with companies like Clear Creek Legal. When I try to contact them I'm kept on hold for more than an hour. This is such a scam.

Spent a yr paying clear Creek and they did nothing never contacted my creditors now I'm further in debt and had to file bankruptcy with someone else credit is so bad not happy want my money back service was not rendered they owe me 4500. I call never an answer always on hold

Either this company is completely inundated with phone calls and emails, or they just don't care. I signed up a year ago, and not once has Clear Creek contacted my creditors, even though I've scanned in every single document I've received from them. I did not speak to my creditors per Clear Creek's instructions, and now I'm being sued by one of them. I can't get anyone on the phone, and the lawyer assigned to me when I started with Clear Creek no longer works for the company! Clear Creek didn't even tell me that my lawyer is no longer with them. I can't get anyone on the phone, and my wife spent over 1 hour on hold. I even tried to call as a creditor, and that line said the mailbox was full! Now Clear Creek is being sued, I'm being sued and I have no idea what to do.

This company is awful. They kept over $1000 of what I paid from over approx about a 3 mo. period, saying these were all fees they were allowed to keep since I didn't opt out within the first month. This was never explained to me!! They said ". I could cancel at anytime and receive my money back minus one certain fee" , which would have amounted to what I actually received back. I just received my cancellation letter saying they were allowed to keep all this money 5 mo. after I canceled. They did nothing to help!! All I received was aggravating from my creditors and got very behind on card that were not behind when I started the program. They ruined my credit!!!! At one point I tried calling for three days straight and stayed on hold for 6+ hrs only to never get an answer. On my 4th day of calling I got an answer only to be told that they had been in a big litigation and had not been in the office. Who does this??? Litigation against them probably!! Thas company is nothing like what I was told when I called to start, they lie to get you hooked and then take your money!! Stay Away from this company!!! Do not ever use this company!!!

Terrible injustice. They've been collecting approx 500 per month to do debt consolidation. They claim that I can cancel anytime and receive most of my money back. I've been trying for months to talk to someone and no one takes the call. I strongly believe that this a scam. I waited on hold for over 2 hours and no one answered my call. I want to cancel and receive a refund from these people. I don't even want to give them one star. They claim they will settle first debt in less than nine months and it's nine months nothing is getting resolved and I can't speak to anyone at this company. I just get the same song playing Hold on I'm coming and so is Christmas
