    Great people to work with! They give you all the information up front to what to expect through the process. Got what I was looking for out of the case and they 100 percent made it go as smooth as you could hope for. If I every have another lemon I will definitely choice them!

    Absolutely the best! Lawsuits are no picnic and can be a very lengthy process. Even when things were moving at a slow pace the firm always kept in touch to let me know what was going on and what the next step was going to be. In a 4 month period I had my brand new vehicle a total of 21 days. I knew at that point it was time it was time to find a lawyer. I am so happy I went with Kimmel & Silverman. The manufacturer had to repurchase my defective vehicle, which is all I wanted in the 1st place. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know looking to seek legal action with their "lemon".
