I signed up for some temporary office space with this company. They were quite responsive to signing me up and accepting payment. However, they continued to charge my account for services that I did not need or want, and I in fact did not even know that I was still paying for a location. I have sent several e-mails and telephone conversations to this company, but they refuse to remove my services. This company has a good process going on. They refuse to remove you from their payments without you personally logging into the account and doing so. I tried doing so at one point, but couldn't figure out how to remove my credit card from their system. They are now continuously trying to charge my credit card, but I have thankfully told my credit card company to stop payments to them, otherwise, they would continue to charge hundreds/thousands of dollars against the card, despite being told multiple times I no longer need their office spaces. I am now in a position where, if I pay their services, they will continue to charge me for services despite me telling them I am no longer interested. The payment I owe is only about $600-700 total, but if I pay them then they will continue to rack up my services and then charge me again, and then I will be in a position of owing them another $600-700. It is an indefinite loop that they have set up so that they can continue to receive payment. I would strongly suggest for any business to stay away from this company, and instead go to WeWork who are quite easy to work with. Spaces charges slightly less money in some cases, but they do so to get hundreds/thousands of dollars more money from their customers. WeWork makes it seamless to operate and are an honest company. I strongly suggest staying away from Spaces, or you will likely end up paying more for less.
