Before ordering I checked these reviews. They are all over a year ago and most were either during covid or revolved around shipping times. I reviewed the shipping and refund policies on their website before ordering and they were reasonable, so I ordered. Everything was very positive. They answered a question of mine same day. I received the order confirmation email right away and the fulfillment email a day or two later with the tracking number. The order arrived in two weeks, and the products were as described on the website. I was also able to pay for my order online with 4 credit card installments.Review from Raven M

Ordered a neon sign from them back in December of 2020 with an estimated arrival of February 2021-around March of 2021 I contacted their support and received the same generic reply of please allow 5-7 business days for blah blah blah-has anyone ever ordered from them and actually received their item?

To answer you question, however, yes we have over ****** orders since 2018 when we were founded and the vast majority of our BBB complaints came during the height of the covid-19 pandemic in 2020/early 2021 where we ran into logistics issues. We hope to earn your business again!
