      Ordered product early this year, was told it would arrive in March. I have been trying to get a refund ever since then and I'm sure I got scammed

      I ordered a product from them on January 28th 2022 and I waited 3 months to receive my product and was never received or even shipped at all. S**** H replied to all my emails saying I was getting a custom item and it would take longer and that was not the case. I requested a refund after the 3 months I waited and she said I would receive it within 10-14 days and I never received any refund and no response to my email. I’ve read other reviews about the company and apparently it wasn’t just me that has had this issue.

      The item i purchased never arrived. Then I was promised a refund. That never came. Then they just stopped answering me.

      I placed an order on february 4th for the heart shaped ring light order number E342360 for $45.67. I emailed them about not receiving my order after 4 weeks of not getting it and they returned an email saying it will take 5-7 weeks for me to get my item and i will receive a tracking number that i never got. Week 8 rolls around and i email again just asking for a refund because they just keep giving me the run around. Well they agreed to my refund and said i’ll get it in 7 business days and i never did so i had to email YET again for me to get my own money back and then they asked for my paypal and the amount that my order was and never sent that. And again i had to email them just to tell me it’ll be 10-14 business days for me to get my money back and it’s been well past that. I still have no received my money back or my product

      I ordered an item from this company. Says my order has shipped but the tracking number I was sent doesn’t even work. I contacted them, they said the package must be lost but they will figure it out or send me another item. I waited and then asked for another tracking number for the replacement. No reply. I’m worried this site is a scam and takes peoples money.

      This site is running a scam. They are advertising on social media platforms and not sending out the products people are ordering. I ordered a product over a month ago, my order was supposed to be processed and shipped in 5 business days. It is currently still processing and I have yet to receive a shipping estimation or tracking number. I have been speaking back and forth with a representative from the company but nothing has been resolved and they keep telling me to just wait while they "handle and find" my package. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in my account then took it back and said that they will find my order and send it to me. I went to their website and the item that I ordered isn't even on the site. At this point I'm not sure what to do.
