I placed an order with them on August 3rd. The due date was September 5th but the website advises the order will be completed 15 days after approval and that will be delivered between 2 and 7 business days after completion. They didn't sent anything for approval until I emailed them requesting updates on August 13. I inquired about lead time they assured it would arrive by due date on September 5th. The order apparently is done. I received an email on September 2nd with a tracking number. I have contacted them regarding the shipping and they are still trying to figure out why UPS still don't have my package. They seem to be extremely irresponsible with orders. At this point my order hasn't shipped and I am not sure I will receive by the time of the event.Review from April T

I am happy with my order and customer support was great. I ordered both wine and shot glasses for my wedding. I got my proof and they worked with me until I was happy with the print. Order shipped sooner than expected, everything looks great. They used a lot of cushion and nothing arrived broken.Review from Amy J

Id give zero stars if that was an option sadly its not. This company by far had the worst customer service ever I placed an order on July 12 order# ********. I received a confirmation email Ive reached out multiple times to see when my order would be shipping and if it would arrive on time for my wedding September 16 havent gotten a response. Guess what it still hasnt arrived and I had to reorder from another provider. People dont give this company your money they are ripping you off.

Sinceramente "DESASTROZO"Sinceramente "DESASTROZO". A pesar de que explicamos que eran productos para una boda, que lo ordenamos con el tiempo suficiente ...NO cumplieron!Le cimicimos seguimiento para tener todo controlado y hasta el ulyimo minuto dejeron que cumplirian sin embargo hace apenas unas horas cancelaron la orden por no poder cumplir.No es recomendable contar con ellos porque no son formales ni respetuososBest Price Favors Response

I placed an order for personalized sunglasses for my daughters schools 8th grade graduation on May 6.. I asked for a tracking which was given ( may 26) but kept following and it stated delivery not picked up. I emailed numerous times and kept being told it was sent, they weren't sure what happened. Finally June 16 I was told that they were delivered somewhere locally to them but unfortunately the people were away at there destination wedding. ( like how would they know that) they asked if I wanted them shipped the next week or a refund. I needed them for June 22 so asked for a refund as they couldn't guarantee I would have them in time. on June 19th I was told I would have a refund. Today is august 4th and I have never received a refund. I have emailed numerous times with no return email. My own bank has just issued me a refund. My emails went back and forth a total of 16 times and I remained calm and respectful but at this point all I'm going to say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!Best Price Favors Response

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered our wedding favors from here. We chose rally towels with our names and date. We were guaranteed they would be delivered by the date we needed. Our order was confirmed but after that we heard nothing from the company. We were never sent a proof of our order. As the delivery date for closer I reached out to customer service and hit a dead end. We were told it should have been delivered by now. They told us that the towels were out of stock so they could not replace the order in time. After asking for tracking information on the order, there was no further response from the company. Very upset that our order never made it or probably was not even shipped to start.Best Price Favors Response

Ordered glasses for our wedding. After 40 days we reached out for an update and were told there was a delay with product but our items were shipping out by the end of the week. They gave us a tracking number, which didnt exist with **** After another 25 days we reached out again and they said how soon do we need them? Well is been more than 2 months, so ASAP? They responded with one sentence refund process to your account we never received a refund and had to involve our bank. After that point all emails went unanswered by BPF. This company deserves a -5. I ordered favors June 15, 2023 for my daughters out of state wedding and another order on July 14th. I sent emails in which there site indicates they will reply within 24/48 hours. I sent my email July 16, 2023 and have not yet received any reply. Today is July 29, 2023 and I have not received either of my orders. There is no phone number on their site and I'm extremely worried that my order is nothing more than a scam.Best Price Favors Response

0 stars if I could. Customer service is lacking. Rude, unprofessional, and childish. It was like speaking with ***** teenager who thinks theyre always right. Im sure this will be listed as a fake review but I can assure you this company is not worth your time. Made an order, never got any info on shipping, was still waiting to hear back and I had to reach out. No one knows what happened to my order and it was just days to my wedding. When I expressed frustration and contacting BBB I was met with a snarky, unprofessional response. Ive worked years in customer service and ***own a business. I would never speak to customers that way, even if I didnt like their response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you want to be stressed out and screwed over.Best Price Favors Response
