Gave me an offer. I accepted. We signed the agreement paperwork. The next afternoon they called to tell me they are backing out because they had an internal argument within their team and cannot move forward with the price they offered and agreed upon. Completely unprofessional! I am a 100% service connected permanently disabled veteran with a wife and 6 children. It was a very inconvenient set back.

Hey *****, thank you for sharing your feedback, First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience, The reason we canceled the offer within less than 12H was that the photos of the condition of the house that were given to our underwriter weren't actual photos of the condition of the house. the photos that were available to us online were photos from when you bought the house almost 5Y ago, and we ran our assumptions based on that and what you told us when we got the current photos of the current condition, We immediately called you and apologized for the inconvenience and explained it. ********************* and his team are amazing. I sold my home through him last summer 2023 and the process with ****** was absolutely seemless. He communicated with me throughout the process and worked hard to make all of the steps easy and stress free. He is definitely a man of his word as well and 100 percent did everything he said he would do. I hope I can do business with him in the future. He is honest and fair.
