The Property Manager is never available for concerns. The building itself is falling apart and code enforcement is in here every other week due to complaints. I have emails dating back to over a month ago stating simple issues would be addressed but have yet to be. Rent has increased while the building continually has leaking ceilings and falling tiles. I pay my rent monthly and cannot even get someone to email me back or get things fixed. I feel as though we deserve a rent reduction and a refund due to all of the hassle we have faced trying to live comfortably and not worry about when the ceiling is going to fall on us or if the mold on the ceilings is going to cause an asthma attack.

I've been trying to get in touch with prudential realty for months to pay the remainder of my lease. Between me and my representation we've placed dozens of calls over the last 5 months, only to have a single one returned. In that call, they mentioned that they 1. sent mail to me, and 2. sent my account to collections. When I asked what address they sent that mail to, they gave an incorrect address. When I corrected them, and told them what my address was, they claimed that's what they had on file and what they had said in the call with me. They never gave me the name of the collection agency. Since then (a little over a month ago) I've called every week asking for the name of the collection agency. Between never receiving the letters they claim to have sent me, not receiving any communication from any collections agency, and their initial incorrect recital of my mailing address, I'm worried they have given the collections agency an incorrect mailing address, and I'd like to communicate with the collections agency myself, but like I've said they refuse to answer my calls, or provide the name of the collections agency. This company is beyond unresponsive. I just want a phone call.
