Zero stars. I could go on and on but all of it has been written in the other reviews. I've thought for about 10 months what I would write in my review once my 18 month sentence was done. To be brief, I've never met a more unprofessional "company" or "business" than Three Rivers Realty (I lived in an Oakland apt in college so that speaks volumes). The attitude (biggest problem with many many examples), insanely slow response to issues that need addressed and constant threats to go to the magistrate for the stupidest stuff are a few of the highlights. My lease was 18 loooong months and I regretted not listening to the previous reviews around month 3 or 4. Once I gave my notice to move (as per the guidelines), the landlord (******) became increasingly rude for my last 60 days and repeatedly threatened me with "don't make us take you to the **************** only texted and refused to get on the phone for 18 months or meet in person to discuss anything. In my notice, I requested a walk through together which she did not agree to. Instead, she went to my apartment when I was at work for a "showing" which was really an inspection while I was still packing (she will say it was a pigsty but at the same time she was mad because I didn't have furniture or much of anything left in there). The 24hr notice to enter the apartment really means this evening I'm going to tell you I'll be there in the morning. Like she responded to the other reviews, I'm sure she will have tons to tell you about me. Paid my rent and bills every month and caused no problems in the neighborhood. My neighbors loved me.. Yes, I "violated" my lease around month 16 because my sister was there "too long." No, I didn't mop the basement floor (swept) because that isn't normal. Yes, I refused to clean the blinds/windows/ fans because I was never getting my deposit anyhow. The apartment wasn't clean when I moved in- the fridge and stove/oven were disgusting actually. I spent a day there cleaning before I was willing to move my stuff in. Yes, the old floors are scratched. I specifically addressed that when I moved in and she said she knows they are the original floor. I said I was just bringing it up so I'm not blamed later. 18 months later...you guessed it! On viewing the apartment, the husband acknowledged the large patched up holes in the bedroom wall. I always kept them covered with my pictures (hung with command strips)...18 months later..you already know. There really is so much to say, but I'll leave you with this- not all bad reviews are just because a person was bitter. Make wise choices!

First off, let me say that we have had well over 200 renters in our decades of owning rental property. Most renters are considerate and respectful of the units and they receive their entire security deposit back. We are sorry you were not happy with the apartment. We gave you every consideration and allowed you to have an ****************************************** rent. We only asked that you pay your rent on time, you chose to be late every month, the rent was due on the 1st, the late fee did not go into effect until the rent was 2 days late, you paid many times later than that and we waived the late fee. You left the apartment in very filthy condition. We had to hire a cleaning service to clean. You left personal property behind that we had to throw out. You had others living in the unit for months, we asked that they be put on the lease, since they were occupying the unit for an extended time. You lied and said they were moving out, only to find them there months later. You had trash spilling out of the cans many times and we had to ask that it be picked up. You spray painted on our deck! We asked to see the final water **** paid, you only send the payment when we asked to see it and it was severely past due. If you had not paid it, we would have had to pay it! We are good property owners and have had a few complaints by the renters that did not follow rules, paid late and left our properties in dirty unrentable conditions. The only complaints were by those people. Had you taken the time to clean the apartment, we would not be writing this response! I hope you are more considerate in your future rentals.
