On October 16th I went to Inksburgh tattoo Studio to have a $900 dollar tattoo placed on my arm. The artist,(DJ whom is the owner). I chose this place because he's suppose to be a great artist. October 22nd I reached out and sent a picture to him because I didn't like how it was healing and asked for suggesting's. I have several tattoos and had never experienced this. He said it's the white ink, let it dry out and don't pick at it. I said; I didn't pick at it, and it devolved a huge scab and it fell off and now you can see white meat. Then I said; that's not ink in the picture that's the white meat showing and it will leave a scar. He said; give it more time to heal. I thanked him, and he said keep me updated and let that part dry out because it takes longer for it to heal because that part of the arm moves a lot. I said ok, I'll give it some time. It didn't get better so I went to urgent care and got and antibiotic because it had pus and looked infected. I reached back out December 12th and sent a picture. I told him I gave it more time and now I have a nasty scar on my arm. He responded from another number and asked for more pictures. He said thanks and he would get back with a solution. I was told to come into the shop so he could see the scar to see how raised it was. I agreed to drive up on that Friday December 17th. I go to the shop and he agreed to refund my money and he wanted to try to cover it. I didn't want him to tattoo over it, because it would still be a scar on my arm. He asked if he could give me the money in a month because of Christmas, I agreed, and thanked him for being an upstanding business man. I reached back out to follow up on are agreement on January 12th to ask when will he have the money he promised to refund and he responded January 14th and we agreed to meet at his shop January 15th at 2pm. On the 15th I arrived at the shop at 2pm and at 2:06pm I got a text stating he wouldn't be there due to weather.
