***** ****** ******** ****** paid $500.00 to 412 Hoods LLC from Piitsburgh Pa to come in and clean our commercial kitchen in our establishment. The agreement between him and the club officers was for him to clean and restore our kitchen so it can be operational. The amount of money to give him when he was finished would be $3000, He has only been here twice and he has not come back to finish the job . He took money from a veterans organization has refused to call anyone back. This is a disgrace for someone to do and get away with it. If anything we would like to get our $500.00 back from this man whos name is JoshBusiness response

I, Josh, owner of 412 Hoods LLC, am writing this in response to the complaint my business and I, have received from the ***** ****** ******** ******. I would like to explain my side of the story and clear up this misconception.
I received a call from ***** ****** ******** ****** asking to clean equipment and deep clean the kitchen. Upon arrival, I spoke with a lady about the job and estimate. I gave an estimate of $5,000 but gave them a $2000 discount due to it being a place of Veterans, which then totaled $3,000. I explained that I would need a $500 deposit for a $3,000 estimate. I was given the $500 deposit and explained to the lady it would take 2-4 days depending on the day-to-day situation. After talking and going over everything, I was told that the floor was weakened and could collapse. I was then asked, if I could do other jobs for them besides cleaning, Ex: laying flooring down. I told the lady I would, but it would depend on how long the cleaning would take, and that it would cost extra since I was only hired to clean.
March 10, 1024 I started the job. The kitchen had not been in use for a long time and did not have hot water. I spoke to ****** and ***** about needing hot water to clean and the said they have to call a plumber. In the meantime, i prepped equipment, soak internal burners, grates, filters, pressure wash, and take down cabinets. During the process of taking down cabinets and taking them apart, I pulled a muscle in my shoulder which led me to be out of work for 3 days. I called the ******** ****** and explained to them the situation and would have to come back on a Friday and Saturday due to me being fully booked. I have been to the ******** ****** four times doing other work, and I'am almost finished but cannot finish cleaning until they have hot water. They were to call a plumber and get hot water so I could finish the job. I have talked to them multiple times asking if the hot water was fixed, and they keep saying they need to call a plumber. I would love to finish the job I was hired to do but unfortunately cannot until they call a plumber and get the hot water fixed.
