            I've been waiting calling and going back and forth with NuMotion and even supervisors with this company on making the necessary adjustments to my son's wheelchair, this has been going on for months now. Every time they send someone they don't do it right and my son's safety is what's important. Yesterday 10/11/2022 my son came home from school and if it wasn't for the seatbelt on his wheelchair the harness would have hung him, one of the issues NuMotion is repeatedly neglected to correct. I'm over dealing with this company my son's insurance pays for all the necessary adjustments and they aren't being done I've been calling for over a month and still nothing I'm not loosing my son because either someone can't do there job or they simply don't care. My son needs his wheelchair it's his only means of mobility.
