This company is not honoring their full money back guarantee after 6 weeks of waiting and no response or refund to my credit card. Their product did not work for me. I submitted all pictures that were required of their guarantee and as requested in their limited email correspondence to me. I waited the required time period. However, they have stopped responding to my emails and ******** messages and just say they are "waiting on management" but it's been over 6 weeks.Initial Complaint

They advertise a $1 deal for a "New Monthly Product". This was never shipped.It is a subscription that renews monthly for $30. It's now been eight months of charges with no product shipped. I have to ask the bank/credit card to refund my dispute.Grooming More customer service has told me this was canceled multiple times. They then told me that the subscription is not for a product, but for a discount program on future purchases, where no discounts are given.Initial Complaint

Ordered a product from this business that guaranteed results or money back. I used the product as directed for the given amount of time the instructions said to do so. I saw 0 results and sent an email about my situation. At first they were responding but eventually suggested I improperly went about the situation and therefore could not be issued a refund. I felt that I went about it exactly the way I was supposed to, so I asked for further information and was told it would be escalated to a manager, months passed by and I never heard back.Initial Complaint

Wished to engage in the 100% money back guarantee upon not seeing results in their product. After the allotted time period of use I requested a refund and was met with many questions by their staff who was very responsive at first and it appears the found out quickly that I met every piece of criteria to be eligible for the refund so they said they would elevate my request to management and that I would receive an email from them soon. After multiple weeks with no response I emailed asking what the issue was and they just said that they were waiting for management. This has been nearly 2 months now of me periodically emailing asking for this to be resolved to be met with either no response or another short message saying that I would be contacted by management. No response. First email was sent on February 1st.Initial Complaint

Transaction: 2/10/2023 Amount: $31.74 USD I ordered a hair grower serum in January and never signed up to any monthly subscription. However they’re now saying that I subscribed for a VIP profile which will give free shipping, discounts and emails which I didn’t use. I also went back to the page where I submitted the order and found out that the monthly subscription after the free trial is written in their terms and condition and not on the final page before you place the order. I tried to resolve the issue with the merchant but declined to give a refund. This is just $31 USD but I believe there a lot of victims who are not complaining about this misleading way charging customers.Customer response
