On September 1st, I placed an order with Dermay for a Derma mask. The price was advertised as $199.95- which they claimed was an one day only sale. That is still the price of the product. When I received the box from the post office, the tape on the box was cut open (I have pictures). I received an RMA number from Dermay to return the product and returned the product through my local post office. I refused the package since it was not securely enclosed. According to USPS the package was returned to Dermay on September 16th at 10:41 am. Dermay has not refunded me for this product, even though their return policy is for 30 days. The September 16th return date was within their given time frame.I have contacted the company by phone and multiple emails. Each time I have sent an email about this, I receive a generic email saying that a customer service representative will contact me within 48 hrs. My emails were sent on November 18th and 25th. I still have not heard from a customer service rep. I do not have the product and want my money back. Order# ******* **** *********** **** Tracking# ************************** Total paid $214.90 ($199.95 for the product and $14.95 for the shipping)I have corresponded with **** about this and they have confirmed that the package was returned to Dermay at the address I was provided by Dermay for the return and the RMA# was included on the box.Customer response
