This business overcharges people. Very unprofessional In the way that it conducts business

***** showed up at our house for a routine air filter change. It was supposedly free of charge and we had to call to explain we don't use Calfo anymore. ***** then went downstairs and asked my wife to come down so he could give her a business card. My wife asked him to bring it upstairs and he insisted she come downstairs. ***** then proceeded to openly hit on my wife who is married and has 2 children, asking her if he can be her companion and take her out. My wife froze and was polite and tried to get him to leave, which he eventually did, before calling me in tears and shaking in fear. I called Calfo asking to speak with a manager and told the person who took my call about the situation, and her ********** first response was to challenge the validity of the story stating "he didn't show up unannounced, he called your wife that morning.". I expressed disbelief in this being her response after hearing what I told her. No apology was offered, only that some people were in meetings and she would pass along the message and someone would call me back. I am considering filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against Calfo regarding this situation and their handling of. Unbelievable.

Our regular heating company had personnel issues due to Covid and I used to work down the street from Calfo and saw their trucks coming and going all day and when I saw they were BBB with a good rating we called them. Long story short the young man gave me a laundry list worth quite a bit of money and when I said "no" he left. Our heat stopped working that day. We called them back to fix whatever happened and to NOT send the same person. It was found that he forgot to put the wires to the heat pump back together. We thought it was repaired but it was cold now and didn't realize until the weather started to improve that the heat pump was in fact not functioning properly. After another company was in to check we found that the wiring was burned through. I would strongly recommend that no one ever call this company.The ONLY reason I gave one star is because negative stars are not an option.

Terrible companydont waste your money with these worthless clowns.. spent $6700 on a new heat pump in March and it still doesnt work right.. the tell me I have an airflow issue but an airflow issue never existed with the old heat pump. Their technicians will lie to you as well as their operations manager ***** and the worthless owner *** Calfo.. so I spent all this money only for this company to blame me for not wanting to fix airflow problems.. so now I cant even turn this unit on DONT USE THIS COMPANY

*** was prompt and did an excellent job. He diagnose the problem quickly, and provided us with an accurate quote for repair. *** was professional and would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work. The company has great communication and provided us with an accurate timeframe of arrival.

***** was very friendly and very thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of our questions. He fixed our immediate problem and explained how we needed to have some future work completed to keep the problem from reoccurring. He even offered to come out on his day off to complete all the paper work. He was truly a professional who went well above what would normally be required of him.

***** was very thorough and gave me the bad news with a smile. Showed me with pictures and explained what was wrong and why. He also gave me a price to get things fixed and why it was needed. (You could just not wake up one day). Im reviewing my options, which there is only one and going from there.

Calfo Heating & Air Conditioning was quick to respond to my service request and had me on the schedule within minutes. **************, my tech, was punctual, friendly but most importantly knowledgeable and competent. He identified my problem quickly and his expertise was incredibly valuable. Im happy to be working with Calfo in the future.
