Two years ago I was at Dean Honda for a check up. I had to call AAA due to negligence of the mechanics. AAA could not believe it! The mechanic had left the cap off the battery and it died. Then, my car was inspected last month. Tonight, the underneath plate of my car started dragging and scraping and sparking on the road! Had to call AAA again due to negligence. They did not bolt the underneath plate together correctly. These are both very dangerous situations.I feel unsafe going back.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left with my car being towed elsewhere because this dealership cut the bolt on my tire. I just got new tires and an inspection where everything was fine until today when I ran into this place ruining something on my car and then wanting me to pay over $500 to fix it. The service advisor approached me about this trembling because he was so nervous. There's nothing to be nervous about if you didn't do anything wrong. Now I'm left to pay for a repair caused by this terrible establishment (something similar has happened to me in the past with them as well so shame on me for going back, right?) and I had to pay to get an uber home from the dealership then I'll need to pay for another one to pick up my car when it's repaired from a place I can actually trust. So not only am I out on money since I'm not working due to them breaking my car, I'm now stuck paying for a repair I shouldn't have had in the first place.

In reviewing what occurred with this customer's experience, it is difficult to determine when the damage to the tire occurred. Our employee said that he did not cause the damage, obviously the customer feels he did. As a goodwill gesture to the customer, we can reimburse her for the service she received here that day ($77.64), plus any incidental charges she incurred while the damage was getting fixed (she mentioned Uber rides, etc.), and provide a $150 gift card for future service work at Dean Honda, if that is acceptable. We apologize for the inconvenience that occurred.
