In April 2022 I experienced plumbing damage from a fiber optic cable. After submitting a property damage claim to ********* (claim managers for ****** I was told in May by ********* that Danella Companies was the responsible subcontractor. Contact was initiated with Danella in May & all information on damage was sent via email. In June Danella Companies stated that ******* Utilities Company was the responsible subcontractor. Danella stated they would contact ******* on my behalf. I have made multiple phone calls and sent emails to Danella requesting an update & contact information for ******** Utilities. It has been 75 days since my initial contact with Danella Companies and I am unable to obtain a response via phone or email. I realize these things take time, but their lack of response shows a lack of responsibility to a company that was operating under their name. (Pictures and emails can be supplied upon request but as we will file a lawsuit if they do not respond, we do not want to compromise anything)
