The agreement with Sound Oxygen and ******** was that I would be charged monthly for my CPAP machine for one year, ending June 2021. However, Sound Oxygen continued to charge my credit card after those 12 months . I called to complain and stop the payments. Sound Oxygen said, "Sorry, our bad. The withdrawals will stop," but they didn't refund my June or July withdrawals. August and September, the withdrawals weren't made, but this week, yet another withdrawal was made from my credit card for the monthly rental fee. Does Sound Oxygen cavalierly conclude that they can withdraw $7.38 in random months and the victims won't notice......or won't have the energy or time to repeatedly call them to straighten it out? Not only do I insist on a refund for three months (June, July, Oct.), but I want Sound Oxygen to NEVER bill me again for rental fees. And if they do, they refund TEN TIMES the unauthorized and unlawful fees.Business response

We were referred to this company for CPAP supplies. They were given all insurance information in person 3 separate times and over the phone 4 different times. They charged our credit card for the full machine and services and did not go through the insurance, even though they confirmed each time they would. This has been going on for over a year. We have contacted them repeatedly saying we would not do business with them because their unethical practices. We even had one of THEIR phone operators state they were not surprised about our difficulties because "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" and a service provider said this company was like working with a scam company because of how they are relentless on chasing people down. They owe us over $800+ because of the charges to our credit card and we want them to pay us back and leave us alone.Business response

8/8/20 I arranged for Hospital bed & wheelchair to be delivered on behalf of my Mother-In-Law. I was told that the cost would be $633.64 by a worker named ********. To date (10/6/21) they have withdrawn almost $1000 from account. Once I noticed that they were still charging (twice a month), I called on 7/14/21 & spoke with rep named ******** Asked her to explain why they were still withdrawing funds & after 30 mins on the call (being put on hold repeatedly), she couldn't explain it. She said she would f/u/w ******** did. I called again on 8/13. I explained to Rep- ***** that I had no f/u from ********* & he told me he would give her a message to call me. I told him I don't trust that she will but he refused to help me since "she was working on it". No call from her to this day. 8/13 I called back & s/w Sup. ******. He was to stop all withdrawls & f/u/w me. W/Drawals are still coming out and no calls back from any rep. I am demanding stop payments AND refund of $250.Business response
