Home builder left landscape unfinished with water entering property previous work was done in backyard, workers also damaged driveway in the process. Business promised to come back during warranty and never did. Spoke to him erous people and always told us they would come back and never arranged a solid date to come back and fix damaged landscape and driveway.Business response

Dear ****,
*** ****** had water pooling in the backyard of his property from the neighbor's lot. We told him many times to talk with the neighbor and township. Since nothing was done we took it upon ourselves to put in a drain in his backyard. This was at no cost to *** ******.
*** ****** wanted another drain put in the front of the house. We told him the total cost would be $800. *** ****** paid us $400. After we put in the drain we realized that a paving company would have to finish it properly. We did not take the $400 balance and referred him to * * * ****** to finish.
