I attempted to get a copy of a key fob for a 2021 ********. After more than a month I asked for my key back. The business started arguing that the delay was my fault and I didn't order it right. I frankly don't care who's fault it is...I just want my key back. I was told it would be mailed but have not received it and the business will not answer my inquiries.Initial Complaint

I was scammed by this company! sent them my ignition module off my car to have them make a new key, supposed to take 3-4 days once they receive to program and send back with a working key, simply reconnect the ignition module and new key should work (plug and play) as per ******. Company held on to my Ignition module for OVER 6 Months , I was able to get through to them a handful of times (4 or 5) during the 6 months, made 1000's of calls, emails and ******** text chats. I have been lied too ignored and misled time and time again. Finally after threatening to sue them I was able to receive my ignition module and "new key" back 2 months ago. To My dismay the new key did not work!!. I was able to reach **** 2 months ago after calling another 100 or so times and he assured me it was plug and play and will check for a solution and never got back to me. I was able to reach an anonymous person that answers this companies ******** chat service and this person assured me that they are working on a solution and that they will probably send me something to connect to my car to remotely diagnose the issue. That was a month ago!! for past month I have called a few hundred times more and no response. The only few times I got a response via the anonymous ******** chat, the rep was to tell me they are closed for snow! I have lost Thousand upon thousands of dollars having this car sit and not be able to be moved due to them having my ignition module and now not working key they got paid to produce. I Need this matter Fixed ASAP either with them sending me a remote diagnostic tool for their techs to diagnose and fix the issue or send a tech to my home and fix the issue. But at the very least answer the phone as I have called 1000's of times and was only able to connect 4-5 times total. When I was able to speak to them on the phone they lied to me , yelled at me, threatened me and even laughed at me . This needs to be addressed immediately before I persue this to the full extend of the law!Initial Complaint

I originally ordered a replacement key for my car because I had lost the original after several days I seen there was no change to my order status so I contacted the company and ask them if they had an update they then told me that the item had shipped after several weeks of no package I once again contacted and was told it had shipped this happened several more times so after a month of nothing I once again contacted the company and the first reply was that the item had shipped I then proceeded to tell them that I had been told this for over a month and it shouldn't take this long for a package to reach Tennessee from Pennsylvania and asked for a refund. Since then I have contacted several times about a refund and I cant get anyone to return my emails or call! I just want my money back so I can find a real place that can actually help me this is just flat out scamming peopleInitial Complaint

I ordered and paid $200 for a key to a ******** **** I have the receipt number but when I access their website to check the status of my order it says that I don't have any order. Has been 3 weeks since I placed the order but nobody ever sent me an email about it. I emailed them without any reply. I called but no response. I just want to make sure if I ever going to receive my order otherwise I want my money back.*****Initial Complaint

I paid them to create 2 chipped car keys for my vehicle. The keys did not work and they gave me the run around for 4 days and refused to fix the keys. I paid $190 on 10-27-2022 and both of the keys are defective.When i tried to resolve the issue the man on the phone was belligerent and called me names that were completely out of line. They claimed to have 12 employees but did not have enough staff to fix the job.Unfortunately, i paid with cash and the receipt they gave me does not actually have their company name on the head. The keys are defective and can't even be kept as spare keys.I had to hire another company to do the job and they got it done fast and right. The other company that made the working keys told me Instacarkey did the same thing to another person in my town last week and left them with 2 non working keys that he was not able to fix.
