Technician replaced the wrong parts on my truck. I called to make an appointment for an antifreeze leak on a 2013 Ford f150 I had told them the part was a T connection and it is common for them to go bad part# DR3Z-8566-A. Thinking we are on the same page I scheduled an appointment 11/24/21 to get it fixed they said they recommend replacing the hoses too so i said ok get my bill which I admit I didn't look over till today $419.14 use my ford pass points to save $228.33. Well here today 2/8/22 I have another leak started looking around the truck looked at the part I thought they replaced and the hoses I thought they replaced but they changed a different T connection part# BR3Z 18663 A and hose part# BL3Z 18472 G so turns out we where not on the same page and iam out Ford pass points and $209.73 cash. I called them to see if there is anything we could do to fix the mix up but nope they pretty much said I am sh** out of luck. So I guess my question is who is at fault?
