I purchased a large order from this company as I have in the past, but this time the product irritated my skin, I reached out to the company about a return or exchange. I received a reply from Amanda on 27 July, after that there was no communication about how to start the return process, I then filed a complaint through Shop and have left multiple comments on their social media which they promptly remove warning about doing business with this company never have I done business with a company who has ghosted me.Business response

As per the conversation between the customer and our Customer service Representative Amanda via phone, a full refund was issued to the customer on August 15th, 2023. Customer was advised per phone that we do not require any returns of the product in question and the customer was free to to whatever he wanted with the product i.e. discard it or give it away. No further action was requested nor required.
