on 9/29/21 This business was at my home to clean, polish and touch up my cabinets. The account number on my invoice is ********. I paid them $830 to do the repairs. Within a few weeks the stain was noted to be rubbing right off in a couple of areas. I have tried repeatedly to make contact with this company. I have called 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, have left messages each time. I have tried to send emails to the email address on the card they left for me and have tried to contact them via their website. They refuse to respond to any of my attempts at contact. I want them to come out here and address the areas of poor workmanship that are rubbing off. Refusal to even respond is exceptionally poor customer service.Business response

She is correct. We did receive multiple phone calls. Sorry I did not return in a timely manner, just super busy.
I have talked to her and we have an appt. set for Tues November 30th to take care of her concerns. And I believe I scheduled this at the same time she contacted you.
We will get this resolved.

The repairs required were made, without charge. I am satisfied with the end result. It is sad that I did not receive any response from the company until I contacted the BBB, but they did return my calls after being contacted by BBB.Tell us why here...
