      Quakertown Mitsubishi advertises a low price to get you in. Once your there they will tell you all there vehicles come with LoJack, glass etching, ceramic coating and interior cleaning for Covid. All this adds at least $3,500 to the price. You have no choice. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!

      After confirming the availability and price of a truck advertised on their website, I drove 1 1/2 hours to their dealership to check it out and test drive it. It was a 2021 Ram 1500 with 90% of the options I was looking for at a good price. My intention was to buy it if there wasn't any dents/scratches and if it seemed to run ok. The truck was as perfect as a 1+ year old truck should be. Got back from the test drive and was met by the salesperson (John?). I told I like it. He repeated the price of $45,500, but then said for $3490 they add paint protection, Lojack and something else. Honestly as soon as he said $3,490 my brain was trying to figure if he meant $34.90 or $3,490. Of course, I know Lojack is more than a few bucks. After I confirmed what he said I told him that was not going to work for me. I was informed the owner added this to every vehicle and it was non-negotiable. If it's non-negotiable why isn't it disclosed up front? I walked away disappointed. Funny, if the truck was listed at $49,000 I probably would have bought it, but because of their deceptive business practices I won't ever go back.

      I visited the dealer on the afternoon of 06/22/22. At that time I test drove a 2009 Ford Fusion SE V6 Sedan, the list price was $4,990. After the test drive I told Ryan (salesman) that it felt like the car needed brakes and the front tires looked dry rotted. They immediately pulled the car into the shop for a safety check, not sure why that had not already been performed on the car since I had an appointment for that day to see the vehicle. Ryan advised that yes indeed the safety check revealed that the car needed front brakes and 2 tires. He asked if I just wanted them to lower the price to cover that work or did I want them to perform the work. I advised that since I didn't know what that cost would be I would prefer they did it. He then asked me to sign a paper that said that if they perform the work on the car that I am going to by the car for $4,990, which I signed. At that point I asked where I should I forward the certificate for my financing, I forwarded it to him and left the dealership. The next day when I reached out about the vehicle they said the vehicle could not be financed, it was too old, had to many miles. I said I am already approved and provided you the certificate. He then advised that I would need to pay $5,490 because the $4,990 was a CASH ONLY price, I advised your ad doesn't state that. Then I was told I needed to pay that price because my bank was charging them a bank fee. I told them I wanted to reach out to the bank to see if they would waive the fee since I was a repeat customer of theirs. Which the bank agreed to lower the fee $200 and sent that message to the dealership. When I hadn't heard anything more from the dealer, I reached out to them and was told that the price is now $5,990 because they did the work on the car. The work that they agreed one week earlier to do when I was buying the car for $4,990. When I asked for a copy of the agreement we had signed, I was told they shredded it. Very disappointed !!!!
