            Hello on August 7, 2022 we hired Quality Asphalt out of Kissimmee Fl, phone # ###-###-#### also out of PA. We paid them $30,500.00 to pave our driveway and also paid for a 10yr sealant. We have contacted the company by phone and text repeatedly since March 2023 to come out for warranty work regarding cracks and holes throughout the driveway and the sealant looks to be non existent. When they did our driveway to begin with they did alot of patchwork for this to be a new 1st time pave. All their patching areas look horrible and they have repeatedly told us they r busy and would come soon. This has been since March 2023 and noone has given us a date to come or come out to even look at the issues . We paid them alot of money to do this job and we would like them to come out here and make it look right.

            The original quote of $12,000 was not honored. They attempted to charge me over $20,000 once they completed the job. I could understand a plus or minus of 5 or 10% but this was not the case. The size or scope of the work did not change. This was strictly a strategy to try and pull one over on me. Additionally, I called them 3 times and left 3 messages over the course of two weeks to attempt to resolve some issues like holes coming in the pavement and discoloration within the one year warranty. They have yet to call me back to resolve the issue.
