Upon arrival and inspection of our rented cabins, I noticed several issues.1. The pots and pans inside the cabin were left were burned on food in them. Even though each cabin is supposedly cleaned and inspected by the staff after each rental.2. The TV's in three cabins (5 total) and a cabana (1) were not getting any broadcast.3. The air conditioner in SD2 bedroom adjacent to the bathroom, did not cool at all.4. There were 2 dining chairs in D4 that were broken. (again after inspection by the staff after each rental?)5. I communicated these issues to the front desk clerks, who made post it notes for the management to review and notify me. These notes were left on 07/01, 07/02,07/03 and 07/04. No one called.6. I called on 07/04 when i arrived home, left a message.7. I called twice on 07/05 left messages 8. I called on 07/07 and get ******* who took the information and said she would pass it on to her manager.9. On 07/08 the same ******* called and informed all she could was camp credit. Which i am not sure is legal since I paid for services I did not get and if my grandchildren had sat on those broken chairs and got hurt. This information would be getting detailed in a lawsuit.Terrible communication and resolution as well as atrocious attitude that these issues were NEW or MY FAULT!.The site has had cable and internet problems since April of this year according to their ******** page.
