  I hired Stuart & Sons to provide lawn care in 2022. In August they charged me $154.34 for a final weed and crab grass application. It didn't work and the crab grass was unaffected. They came and re-sprayed, but in September, the crab grass remained. *****, the technician came and agreed that the spray was ineffective. He said he would ask the company about a refund but it was too late in the season to spray again. No one contacted me about the refund. I had to pay a different company to come and spray the crab grass. It worked. I emailed Stuart & Sons, called, and finally spoke to someone who said they would look into the refund, but again...crickets. I would like a refund of $154.34 since that application was totally ineffective and I had to pay a similar amount to a different company to get the job done.

  Stuart & Sons refunded my money and I’d like that to be reflected in my complaint.

  Down payment was paid ($5,000) May 6,2022 total amount $16,425.00. Work was to remove pavers instal stamped concrete patio and some plants. Work looks like it was done by someone who never did a stamped concrete patio. Concrete around the house is not smooth looks like it was not troweled, patio is uneven, sealing was not properly done there are light spots &dark spots which were supposed to clear up after a second coat of sealant (they have not) there are boot prints in the concrete, some areas do not look as though they were coated at all and several spots have cracks, rough finsh assume not troweled. around the house several points are just a blob of concrete. They took off siding, did not replace till i complained where then they took (1) piece of siding nailed it to the house. no strip to keep water nails right in middle of the siding. 2nd coating of sealant i went out after36hrs crunched like bubble wrap. they said thy will do a 3rd coat in the fall which will clear this up? a portion of the patio was not done they said due to roots they couldn't do it would do some nice landscaping. After many compaints and calls to the owner they finally brought the plants an planted. tags left on plant no more than $300 value.chg was $1,175.00 for plants and planting. they dumped concrete in the back of my yard did not remove it. They took a panel of fencing down for their equipment, i gave them date the pool would be open told them the fence had to be back up they ignore my texts, put it back up (3) days after the pool was open. cover in dirt & mud  from their work. i requested a meeting with the owner he came to my house and told me so many of my complaints should have been done example addition area concrete patio wood under siding replaced and siding put back. Ask the owner what the garauntee is due to all the bad areas. Answer:no one gaurantees stamped concrete! have a great video which i can't seem to download. iwill keep trying &hope to send later.
