Terrible dealing with this company. Went through the ringer calling them multiple times to get information about which doctors were covered in my area. Not only did they lie about when they would get that information to me, it seems they also lied about actual coverage. About a month later they gave me information. Fast forward I go to these doctors for something and they didnt actually help pay for anything.Review from Robert B

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam of a company, acts as insurance to companies that are too cheap to actually provide such services. None of the doctors on the website are actually affiliated with imagine health. Please close this business.Review from Constance Lynne C

This is a terrible health insurance company! I can't believe they are still in business. They say that they are in network with local providers, but then you find out that they are not or the providers do not recognize the insurance and you end up with the provider balancing billing you with no insurance discount. Their site sucks can't find anything. They don't cover Diabetic pumps for insulin delivery. They make you pay for insulin pumps out of pocket and do not allow that to hit the out of pocket number so you pay 2k a month and never hit the out of pocket. This place sucks. They don't help you at all. The site to see if provider in network never works either.Review from Mimi P

They are the worst insurance available! You are better with no insurance than with them! They should be put out of business! Horrible for many reasons!! If I named them all it would take me 2 pages! Don't go there if you are a company or an individual!Review from Kevin D

They are refusing to process my eobs and send them to my providers because everything I need to pay is going to my deductible. My providers cannot have me paying into my deductible if you DONT PROCESS MY EOBSReview from David W

Terrible customer service. Awful product. My wife and I have their “PPO” plan. They have thus far (10 months) refused every single attempt at using the non existent benefit. They are so awful our company providing the insurance has had 3 town halls explaining their course of correction in dumping this worthless vendor. Over 10% lost personal. Nearly all cited this insurance debacle as their reason for leaving. Two company officers have been deservedly fired for their part in this decision. I will neither work for any organization using this service or lack ther of nor will I stay with any employer using this trash. If you hear this name, IMAGINE 360, you should walk away immediately. If you are located in California you can file against them via the states online form found here: https://www.insurance.ca.gov/01-consumers/101-help/
