I had a loan originally with Tammac for my residence and refinanced a year later, again with tammac due to personal issues. I had the loan paid off after the refinance process in October 2022 and was sent the title in November 2022. The title sent to me was incorrect and I have been in contact with multiple employees over these past months to resolve the issue. Unfortunately despite repeated phone calls and emails I am still left with the incorrect title. I would like to resolve the issue and move on from this situation. I have been trying to cancel my insurance policy all day today I've left voicemails when the transfer me to no-one but a voice mail I have left 4 then I got 1 person she transferred me to the insurance company & they transferred me back because I have to cancel through tarmac they will not return my calls I can't get a person on the phone. Tammac is aware of the situation. and can only offer our sincerest apologies. A new telephone service which governs the manner in which calls are directed has resulted in a less than satisfactory result. Tammac is addressing the situation, and someone will be contacting ******************** today if they have not already done so.Customer response

My my mother, *************************, purchased a repossessed trailer from Tammac Holdings Corporation in 2015. She is trying to transfer the title into another family members name. We have been informed that the title was ever transferred into her name. We have been trying to work with Tammac Holdings Corporation to have this done. We have sent them copies of papers my mother was provided and they refuse to assist. Have even reached out to Senator *************** office for assistance. Tammac Holdings Corporation has stopped corresponding all together with us. This has been going on since October 7th. We are trying to settle this without getting an attorney involved. Tammac Holdings Corporation sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience to the purchaser. The company has experienced some turn over this year in the department responsible for her inquiries and will obtain a title in the name of ************************* at its own expense. I reached out to **************** by email in order to determine whether ************** obtained an original title at purchase or only a copy. If there was no original, Tammac will need to order a duplicate title. Once received Tammac can transfer the title to ***************Customer response

in 2008 i filed bankruptcy and my lawyer at time advised me not to talk or pay mortgage to Tammac . Now 14 years later Tammac wants me to pay $56,000 or be evicted. Spoke with Jason M**** at Tammac and he advised that they would settle for $25,000 so I started a loan process for the $25,000 now Tammac wont provide me with documents to finish loan at another company so i can get title . I have emailed ,called Jason M**** and Jill M**** and many times and no return calls or emails to me . I have also got the PA State Attorney Generals office invovled .Business response

Tammac has received *** ********s complaint from numerous channels. The company is willing to accept *** ********s short - sale offer of $25,000 if he is able to pay the $25,000 in 60 days. During the 60 day period Tammac will accept monthly payments of $450.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I read the complaint response from Tammac about settling for $25000 but for a month I have requested the following to get another mortgage and no response
1 copy of original purchase
2 copy title front and back
3 letter stating $25,000 will settle account and get lien removed and title sent to me
