I purchased a lot of Jivago perfumes. I paid $93.04 total. When opened box I knew right away these were fakes. I asked for a refund. They sent me a PDF label to return them for me to be reimbursed however when I try and open pdf file it says I dont have access. I let them know and so far I havent heard back from them and ****** says its closed. I feel like I got screwed. I thought goodwill was an hi eat company. How sad that they take advantage of people and promise a refund but not really. This is the order #********Business response

Hello,
Buyer was sent the call tag via the email address she provided. There was no communication from the buyer after that. The item was returned back to us and a full refund has been issued.

I an having trouble getting my money back on a returned item. I received the coat and it had holes in it, so it was returned and ***** lost it ***** #- ************ there is an open ticket # ********* She said she filed a claim with ***** 2 times and now she said I need to file a claim. I just called ***** for the 3rd time and there has been No claim ever filed and the shipper on the *********** to file the claim. Its been back and fourth for a while now and I do not know who i need to contact to get this done and get my money back if this person doesn't doesn't file the claim. Now she says shes gonna contact a ***** rep again this is the 3 rd or 4th time shes told me that and does nothing.Can you please advise me? Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have apologized for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused the customer. The cause of the complaint was due to *** ** misplacing the package.
As of today, 3/28/23 the customer has received the full refund for the missing package.
We hope we don't experience this again.
