****** soccer club uniforms are ordered through SneakerVilla. The ****** orders that everyone ordered for the fall season were never fulfilled but instead players received non name branded shirts that are a fraction of the price of the uniforms. The business blamed it on Covid but my understanding is the money collected for the uniform order was taken by a former employee.Initial Complaint

I went in the store on 7/13/2021 as recommended by the coach. I told the cashier my daughter went to ******** Cheerleading. She gave me a ******* **** paper so when I asked her about it she said they were the same. I asked her about the shorts listed as they didn't mention shorts. She said that they would need them. So I purchased them. I have contacted the store and the the store owner on multiple occasions and he refuses to give me a refund for the shorts even though he's never given me the product. I also had to threaten to report him because he wouldn't refund me for the shoes that he said he would. When I finally received a refund from the shoes he said that he would contact the other team about the shorts but I haven't heard from him since. It is well after the season and I would prefer a refund but if I could at least get what I paid for that would be nice too. The man was extremely rude and has been dodging me for over a month now. I've gone in person a few times and called many times. I've been very patient but now I need a 3rd party.
