We purchased 3 new cell phones as part of an upgrade offer, 3 ***** Watches and 2 mobile hotspots. We only wanted to upgrade one phone, but it going to cost more to upgrade a single phone than to upgrade 3 phones, 3 watches and add 2 hot spots. We have yet to pay the correct amount for our monthly bill that was on the contract and I have spoken to ******* directly and Wireless Zone about this issue over more than a dozen phone calls. Our monthly bill is supposed to be $344. However, our last bill was $836 due to paperwork being misfiled by Wireless Zone or *******. I had a conference call with ******* and Wireless Zone to resolve this issue and it is still outstanding. Wireless Zone stated they were going to issue a $60 credit to our account and send us a check for $140. Neither of these have happened and I have followed-up with them several times. I have been told multiple times that they will call me back and a call is never received. They seem to simply not care if this issue is ever resolved. ****** is the Manager at Wireless Zone and he has been unwilling or unable to resolve this issue.
