I designed and 3D printed a miniature store sign with intentions of selling. The owner and operator of this business agreed with me on a set price. To aide in an upcoming event he had planned I sent 7 signs. That was over 8 weeks ago with no payment or returned calls email and text. Once contact was finally remade I was given notice of an echeck. Today, 5 days later, his bank has declined the check. Once again he will not answer calls text or emails.Business response

There was a glitch with our Paypal account and after receiving the email, the payment was resubmitted in full. The matter is closed.Customer response

Greetings. In regards to the complained filed on Remixxed. The issue has been resolved. Please mark this as closed. The below is a email send to state this was taken care of.
Greetings, On May 11th, my partner filed a complaint in my behalf on Remixxed by Steel City Galleries in Belle Vernon PA. This was done by ** ******** ******* *** ************. He did not register his email address. I had shipped 3d printed Hills department store road signs to Don at Remixxed. With an agreement to pay for them. After numerous communications that went un replied, he finally replied that he would make payment There was a delay in that again, until finally I was paid vai echeck via paypal. After 3 days the check was declined. I was travelling at the time, and reached out to ******** to help me reach Don at Remixxed. ******** knowing how upset I have been at the lack of communication on something that I had been working very hard to create and sell, so he contacted the BBB to file a complaint due to the previous lapses in communication. HOWEVER I have been paid, and Don asked me to please cancel this complaint as well as negative comments on Google and other social media. I did make one negative comment and deleted it as soon as the first echeck was sent. I did not make any other negative reviews, I do believe that was left by a coworker who I did have a discussion with asking him not get involved. I however did not leave any other negative reviews... ******** was trying to help me recover the money. As of this moment I am satisfied that I did get my payment. I am sorry that this happened, regardless of Don's situations I wish he had just kept better communication. Even someone from the store could have just called me back to acknowledge me. I will also forward this message to the email provided by the Ask BBB Chat as well.
