I’ve trusted Valley Vet for many years with all my dogs until recently. They suggested my dog have a $350 echocardiogram done which I scheduled immediately as I was concerned about my dogs health. They gave her a diagnosis then referred her to a cardiologist in Pittsburgh, only to find out that the testing done at the vets was rejected. They are not sufficient because they are not certified to conduct tests and read these results. I now have to pay additional money to get the cardiologist to redo the testing. Of course I was not aware of this or I would not have had the vet do the testing. I have every right to believe THEY knew this could be the outcome but did not warn me. I’ve been trying to speak to management since last Friday with zero call back or resolution so I resorted to this as a last measure. I, along with the cardiologist, believe I should be refunded for $350 which is the cost of the echocardiogram.
