Our pool company (Credible Pools) recommended Quality Concrete to do the concrete decking around our poo. Initial estimate secured on December 1, 2022. In February, the revised and accepted estimate for a traditional concrete pool deck was 17,100.00. On February 16, 2023, I accepted the estimate and was informed that Don would contact me when the project would commence. On March 2, 2023, preparations commenced. On April 10 additional shaping was performed, and pouring occurred afterwards. On April 13, Toni from Quality sent the final invoice and on April 14, she collected the payment. The final cost was significantly higher at 20,450. By the end of April, it appeared that the cantilevers concrete had begun to deteriorate. Additional cracks began to form shortly afterwards. Also hand prints were noticed in the concrete made when they tried to cover the problems. Once I could walk on the concrete, I took pictures on May 10, 2023, and sent them to Quality Concrete. On May 12, 2023, Toni responded that Don was out of town, acknowledged receiving my email, and said Don would address the following week. I never heard back and contacted them again on May 19, 2023. I reached out again on May 29, 2023, with more pictures. Toni responded on June 4, 2023 that she would review it in a couple of weeks. Since then, I have never received a response or had the problem resolved.
