July 2020 down payment $3000.00 Oct 2020 removed old doors & stained frames…weeks later installed new doors but they were an orange colored stain that did not match frames..restrained a darker color over the orange colored stain which darkened the grain in the wood to a black colored grain..also installed a microwave that is too high for me to reach..asked Gary Martin to lower it when he had to take down the microwave because the cabinet door would not open..he would not lower for me..this is very dangerous because hot food could spill on me when I am reaching up to take food out.came back in January 2021 to finish…,the last two cabinets he installed ..the finish on them do not match my other cabinet doors..Gary and his wife came back in April and he told me he would make new doors and would come the next day to remove the doors..never showed up..I called him on 6/9/21 told me he was working on them.I called them a few times checking but either him or his wife will answer my calls..I think because I am a senior citizen he thinks I just a stupid old lady..this has gone on so long and has been very upsetting for me..this cost me $6200.00 and it’s was a terrible job and experience ..I had an attorney write a letter to them..they never acknowledged it..
