The company Shamrock Construction and the owner John provided the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. The company scammed me over $7000 worth of windows. I chose Shamrock to purchase from and install windows on my six unit building. The first set of windows were installed professionally as they were paid for. I was happy with the service and professionalism. The second purchased set, also paid for in advance took six months to be delivered. During that six month period I contacted John along with his son, and his office as to when my windows would be delivered and installed. As I ordered in the Spring and it was approaching Autumn. Never received an answer after countless tries. Finally I received a bogus answer from John, who claimed the windows were ordered and were facing production delays. John made it clear I would have my windows installed very soon. After another few months went by, I became hesitant and called my credit card company to place a stop payment on the second purchased set. Believe it or not, within days of taking this action, Shamrock was at my door with windows to be installed. After physically looking over the windows, noticed a kitchen window missing and also the windows did not have the grid I ordered them with. I explained my frustrations to John and his lead installer, as I was very specific during my order. I received an apology, as Shamrock stated they would install the windows as is and return at a later time to install the grids and the missing kitchen window. I agreed to this as they had already ripped my old windows out and I did not want my tenants to freeze nor rain to get inside of my building. I called my credit card company immediately and released the funds once again to Shamrock. I gave John and his company the benefit of the doubt regarding this issue, as they screwed me many times over but I was hoping to have matter resolved soon. After the windows were installed that day I never heard back from John or his company. Many phone call attempts later, I got a hold of John who took my call from a different number. After realizing he was talking to me, he blatantly cursed me out and requested I never call him again. He noted I received my windows for “free.” I then took the necessary steps to email, fax, and also dropped off a physical copy of my credit card statement with proof of full payment to his office. I circled all of the data reflecting payments including the debit/credit of payments as I did not want to be accused of such a thing! Someone such as myself who never robbed anyone, or took anything from a soul, to be accused of such a thing. The blasphemy! This took a significant toll on me. I am leaving this review so others don’t get the “F*** You Treatment” from John and his company, Shamrock Construction.
