Horrible! I called them to politely cancel my appointment after hearing about their business practices and I'm being harassed for canceling through texting!

This individual is not an existing customer and DID NOT call to cancel appointment as she indicated in her negative review. Her Statement is incorrect. She instead sent message via our dispatch app. As indicated to this individual when setting up appointment, should she need to cancel or reschedule due to work or personal needs, please call 24 hours prior to the office number to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. We ask this out of respect for our Techs and existing customers appointments and/or service call needs. Our dispatch app is a convenience for our Customers, like Doctors/Dentist offices utilize ~ confirming appts and notifying when on way should they need to leave work or secure a pet. We have NEVER provided services to this Individual and MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT harass this individual. We have long time customers, fantastic reviews and our entire Team always works diligently to please and meet our customers needs. This individual is trying to defame our company and our character as small business owners and must be confused with another Company with regards to our business practices as we are HONEST, FAIR priced and ALWAYS go above and beyond to take care of our customers.
