      I placed an order with Cuttings for delivery of flowers on 2/28 ****** *****. I was charged for the flowers but delivery was not completed. I called during regular business several times hours and got the answering machine. I tried to leave a message but the voicemail was full. I also emailed them, but got no response. After a couple of days of no word, I looked at the reviews on yelp and this seems to be a consistent theme with customers placing an order through the online platform, being charged, and no delivery of flowers. There is no way to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue it seems. If anything they shouldn't be able to accept online payments if the business is no longer open. I would hope to either get reimbursed, or have the flowers delivered. Thanks! ***** *******

      I purchased flowers on 2/7/22 from Cuttings on their website. The flowers were never delivered to the recipient and my credit card was charged $87.75 on 2/13/22. I recently found out they have charged many others for flowers and never delivered them. I tried to call and email them with no answer/response.

      This business was closed on Valentine’s Day (door locked, nobody answered the door, went at 10:30am and 2:30pm—posted hours are 10-5 Mon-Sat) when I had a pickup order of flowers on Valentine’s Day. The business was also locked on 2/12 at 2:30pm. I have left 2 voicemails (phone number goes straight to voicemail) and wrote an email, with no response. The business posted today, 2/14, on Instagram a “Happy Valentine’s Day” post, on which I left a comment asking if the store would be open today. The comment was deleted by the account. I then direct messaged the account with no reply. I want the business to contact me and make the dozen roses I paid for available to me, either by telling me when the store will be open or delivering to my address at no additional cost.
