            I pulled a loan for a vehicle from this dealer for 12k it was a***** ******** i have 4 kids so i desperatelyneeded the vehicle room. Come too find out there was a rollback on the mileage and it was exempt from mileage because it couldn't be verified. I carfaxed it , the mileage went from 206k to 75k the next year. There was also a crack in the windshield he said he would fix and instead he glued it. All I wanted him to do was refund my money because of how much work I have to put into it and now I have to pay a loan for 4 years.

            Agreed to a price for a truck then priced the truck up when we brought our trade in after giving us a trade in price

            This is absolutely incorrect. Her husband had stopped in and asked what is the best cash price for a truck. The sticker price was 21,000. After talking we had both agreed on 20,000 cahs price . No trade. The following week he had stopped back in and asked how much I could give him for his trade in. ( he had Prichard the truck from me 3 years prior from us for 5,500$ ) We had agreed upon 4,500$ trade in price. When they came to purchase the truck, they were not in the understanding that the cash price was discounted- without a trade. The trade in price was sticker price minus trade. Simple miscommunication on both sides. No prices were changed. She was very ignorant and would not listen to anything we had to say about explaining the discounted no-trade cash price and sticker price . No prices were ever changed!!!!!!
