    I placed an order 8/15/2023. On 8/16/2023 I received an email that my package was on the way. Yay. I have used the product before and this was my second order. On 8/23 I emailed the company several times because I received notice that the package was returned to sender. I double checked to make sure I provided the correct address and confirmed I did. I emailed them to the address listed in the confirmation email only to discover the mailbox doesn't exist and is spelled omezbeautypotucts. I went to their social media sites FB and IG. They do not have direct messaging on either site so I left a message under a post. Someone answered and asked me to email them and I did. On 9/11 I sent a message again that went unanswered. I paid using a pay in 4 and even disputed the charge there. I did however receive an email saying once they receive the product I can pay shipping for another to be sent. The product per USPS is in Reading PA since 8/23. I'm disgusted at the lack of customer service and resolution and wish I had checked here first. I don't want to call scam because I got my first product but its looking incredibly sketchy now and I will not be doing business with this company again and I would strongly urge others to avoid them at all cost unless you have money to throw away.

    I purchased some hair care products from Omez Beauty Products, and the order was processed on February 16th, 2023. On March 3rd, 2023, a payment of $21.24 was withdrawn from my **** ending in ****, by Omez Beauty Products. Since that initial purchase, I have received only ONE shipment from this company. On March 17th, 2023, March 31st, 2023, and April 14th, 2023, I was billed the sum for each month of $21.24. These billings were for products that I NEVER received. I've tried on numerous occasions to try and contact the company by phone and by email. I called a company called "Affirm" and they told me to shut down my card, which I did through the *** Bank. after my initial purchase in February of 2023, I'm being charged for products that I have never received. I will no longer do business with this company. This company is a scam.

    Omez Beauty Co has been texting me for months. I have sent numerous requests be removed from their text list as well as asking then to stop texting me. I received an email stating that they would stop however I continue to receive texts.

    Omez Beauty is still texting me!! I have emailed ******** numerous times as well as sent messages via their website. Please contact them so that they will stop because it is annoying and intrusive. Please, please HELP to get this ongoing issue resolved.

    I have attached 2 screenshots, an email and an online "contact us form" for Omez. Please note that the company states that they are not a brick and mortar store, the address is only for mail and returns. I have utilized the contact form many, many, many times and no response. Maybe you can email the customer service dept or use the form. The texts are ANNOYING and an invasion of my privacy because I have asked them to stop on several occasions. I blocked their number but yet still receive texts. I see that they have many complaints on the BBB website. Please help to fix this. Thank you

    I placed an order with Omex Beauty products on 7th March 2023. My order number is OB-*****. A few days later I received a bogus tracking notification that never showed the carrier receiving the item or movement with shipping. I made several attempts to contact the company starting on 17th March 2023 via email and phone contact, but my attempts were unsuccessful. On the 20th March 2023, I received an email saying they would look into the matter and get back to me. On the 28th March 2023, I emailed once again to ask if they had any follow-up information. Finally, on 3rd April 2023, I was notified item was out of stock. No further communication has been provided or offer for a refund. I would appreciate either a full refund or my product shipped promptly.

    I placed an order and it was delivered but sent back due to insufficient address.I contacted the company and explained that I was confused as to why it said insufficient address when I had a previous order delivered without any problems. The company requested the order number which I provided. I have sent several emails since along with calls (no answer) and text messages. I sent a screenshot of the tracking info showing that the package was returned to them on 2/22/23. The company has yet to respond or acknowledge any of my communication attempts. I asked that the package be shipped back or to receive a refund of $114.82 which was already charged to my account.

    Date of transaction, February 14th, 2023 for the Omez miracle in a jar, 15 oz for $45.99. Order said delivered on February 17th but I never received it. When I emailed the company all they sent me was my tracking number which says delivered, but I havent received my order. After shipping costs, Im out of 53 dollars and the company isnt responding anymore.

    I placed an order with company for a hair product, my address shows for shipping in ********** ** . My order was delivered to some unknown address in CA . I reach out to the merchant only to not get a resolution but to get them disputing the situation seeing clearly this order was not delivered to me the customer . I dont understand how hard it is to have decent customer service ! I paid my money do I either need the product or a refund and its that simple .

    On September 5, 2022, I placed an online order through Omez Beauty website located at ******************************, SINKING SPRING, PENNSYLVANIA... I have not received a call back or refund, I have reached out several times for shipping details or a refund. I have not gotten any information nor have I received a refund. It is stealing when someone take your money and does not supply you with the product you paid for. They are falsely advertising their shipping and responding policies. Please help me get a refund. I don't not want to support this company or trust using their product at this time. Order number is OB-***** for $32.98

    I placed an order amd  the order waa returned to the merchant. After about 2 weeks, no refund was issed. I used ******* to pay for my order. The money was never refunded. I have contacted them several times. They confirmed that they did receive the return, but still no refund. This has been going on since April. No matter how many emails I send, no refund has been issued. When they do respond to an rmail, they ask the same questions. Whats the order number so that they can look into the matter. After that, they never email anything else. As of today, thhey  wont respond to any emails, they have never returned my phone call. I sent a message on Instagram and they asked for me to send proof that it was sent back and they would resend the order or issue a store credit. I dont want a store credit. I want the money to be refunded. ****** has sent this account to collections and im in jeopardy of having this placed on my credit report

    Today, I saw their ad for a BOGO free deal. Buy the $45 container, get the $25 container free with free shipping. Price was actually $60.99. I messaged the ******** page for clarity since this was not as advertised. Instead of a response, I was blocked from the page. This smelled fishy and became full shady. This was a scam. Product was advertised to be free but was actually only discounted. This is fraud. I thought I was giving benefit of doubt that maybe someone made a math or coding error, but it appears they knew what they were doing the whole time. This is a shame and does horrible for the reputation of black owned, small businesses. Smh. We can do better than this
