I purchased (3) ***** Nordic Oak vanities from this company that were falsely advertised on their website. When my contractor opened the vanities he called to inform me that they were not made out of nordic oak but were made out of faux wood and held together with plastic screws. He installed one of the vanities *with the bracket that was provided by Modo bath* and it almost instantly ripped out of the wall holding its own weight. We then attempted to re-attach the vanities with a slab of wood as a bracket, but because of how flimsy and again the plastic screws, the vanity would not hold itself together with stability and structure, it would wobble and move on the wall ie. not what you want a floating vanity to do. We had our appointment for laser measuring (through **********) our quartz a few days later and they refused to warranty stone that would be installed on top of these vanities as they are so poorly constructed, no way they would hold themselves, the stone we anticipated to put on top of them, nor the wear and tear of daily use. At this point, we have had to repair the drywall that was damaged from the vanity ripping from the wall, delay and reschedule our timeline for stone installation, and search for new vanities. Every time we have reached out to the company they just tell us that the vanities have been mis-installed, installation is not the cause of concern, the concern is the quality and construction of these vanities and the fact that they have been falsley advertised and priced too high for the quality. We have gone back and forth with the company and with such a poor result in customer service, we have resolved to dispute the charge through our credit card company; ********.
