      I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture. And just recently send my sister there. In one evening she literally bought $12,000 worth of furniture all from my request to shop the store. Unfortunately she was not aware of my disappointment at this establishment. My last purchase was spring of 2022. I bought a couch from salesperson ******************* (sp). Along with that, I purchased an extended warranty which covered couch material. It was less than a year later where the couch cushion was literally breaking away from the couch. Its the best way I can put it as its very unusual to me. I reported the issue to ****. He was very apologetic as I knew he would. He was surprised of the issue. At that time he said he was going to put an order on the issue on hand. Time went on. I was later told they wont stand behind the issue as its a problem with the material. They did call me and told me they would give me $249.00 another couch, or probably anything there. I do not agree with their decision. At this time, the couch looks terrible, old and falling apart. Its literally embarrassing not to mention uncomfortable. At this time, I feel Levin is not standing behind their product. If they feel its not covered with the warranty, fine let them think that. But also realize if they don't stand behind it and compensate me by either repairing the couch or replacing it then they lost a good customer. Not to mention all my friends would mention the issue.

      Sectional is not even 6 mths old has cushion replaced twice , keeps getting a sink hole where you sit Was told after my year is up Nothing they can do ! Will never shop there again *****

      Everything was first class. The salesman *********************** was very professional and knowledgeable. We got a good deal and a delivery was flawless. The delivery team was very respectful to our house and assembled the bed quickly. It works great. All in all a great experience at Levin ********

      We were extremely pleased from being assisted by ***** at Levin in *********** to the delivery (right down to the minute of arrival). The delivery drivers were very courteous, professional and did a great job making sure we were satisfied. Have purchased from Levin many times and definitely recommend ***** as a salesperson and would hope you are lucky enough to have the same delivery drivers. If so, you will have a great experience.

      In September of 2023 I purchased a couch, a chair in half and ottoman from Levin Furniture & Mattress -Middleburg Heights 16960 Sprague Road Cleveland, OH 44130. I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty. I am beyond disappointed in the Ashley furniture that was sold to me nine months ago. The fabric is fuzzy on all pieces which makes my off white furniture look dirty and old. I have reached out to Levin and all I get from them is “ I apologize for your frustration but there is nothing we can do for you it’s not a manufactured defect. So, I asked then why is my furniture doing this? The reply I got was it is a possibility that the fabric used could do this. If I was told in the beginning that this was a possibility which I wasn’t, I would have NEVER purchased this furniture.. Would anyone spend thousands of dollars on furniture if this was a possibility? I think NOT! They do not stand behind the products they sell… It took me 20 years and raising 4 kids to get new furniture :( Shame on you, Levin Furniture…

      Wow, what a pathetic company. I bought a couch for $997 they are only refunding me $687 after the return. Also, had to pay a restocking fee, which NO other furniture company charges for returns. I will NEVER order from these crooks again. How does this make sense!? Absolutely criminal. These people should be SUED! Levin, you better return MY money in full or youll be hearing from my legal counsel. Absolutely embarrassing.

      Hello ******, thank you for your review. All of our terms and conditions are printed on every receipt, and emailed to our customer's. Our return policy states, our stocked merchandise may be returned within 3 days of pick up or delivery with a 15% restocking/return fee and a one-time reselection will be offered. Delivery is a service, and your original delivery fee is non-refundable. A pick-up/delivery fee will be applied to all returns and reselection. Your refund is processed minus the 15%, original delivery fee and pick up delivery fee,

      We bought 2 Flexsteel recliners from Levin Furniture in *******, **. We also bought the extended warranty on both. The one recliner was always leaning to the right. The replaced the base and it was fine. Just last month it started leaning to the right again. The repair man said he was going to order a new seat for it. Repairs department said its the core and is not covered. I feel the chair was a lemon from the beginning since the matching chair has never had a problem. It should have been replaced from the beginning. I am very unsatisfied and will never shop there again and will tell everyone to avoid shopping there. These chairs were not cheap and I thought I was buying a decent extended warranty. Theres always a loophole. Disgusted customer here!

You still have a manufacturer's warranty, they will cover parts but not labor. We can provide you with a contractor that can help you with your repair.       Delivery guys were excellent! Both were very polite, and knew everything about my purple bed/smart adjustable bed frame! My seller at the store was also very helpful we had tons of questions before making the decision with purple. ***** in ********** is well knowledgeable. I highly suggest going there if you are local and looking for a purple mattress! Altogether were very happy how the entire process went. Thanks again, job well done Levins!
