A refund in the amount of 70.63$ was sent to a closed bank account. This isn’t the first time. This has to be the only bank that won’t just refuse money coming into a closed account. Facebook confirmed Somerset trust accepted the money. Stc says they don’t have it. Just like last time. They told me to have Facebook take it back. They already accepted the money. How is Facebook supposed to go into Somerset trust account to get my money back. So this is proof to me that they gave it. I have asked multiple times to talk to the ceo.Business response

****** ******I told them it was an ach payment. They told me with 100 percent confidence nothing went in or tried to. The person I talked to even said they looked for ach payments. Because debit cards would get rejected immediately. This bank is shady with judging customers money. 5 days they told me they never got it. Such a disgrace.Initial Complaint

Google send Somerset trust 2 refunds. My account has been closed for a while. Somerset trust claims they mailed me a money order on November 22. I never got it. Find out they sent it to the wrong address. And since it’s a money order nothing can be done. I don’t think I should have to take the loss.Business response

We mailed the money order to the address we had on the system for ****** ******. We issued a Money order and mailed to the address on our system. When he called in, we told him that money orders cannot be stopped unless it was 30 days out. We asked him to let us know on the 21st of December if he didn’t receive it and we would issue him another money order. He contacted the bank on the 21st and we issued him another money order “in Person” at the Ligonier Giant Eagle branch.
