      DeVilbiss HealthCare LLC refuses to exchange/repair under the warranty till April 19, 2024 the defective Standing Oxygen Concentrator SN ************ that was delivered to me by Lincare Holding LLC June 14,21 and transferred ownership to me November 1, 2021. As the Warranty covers the product, not the owner, Devilbis should honor the warranty. The Standing Oxygen Concentrator delivered June 14, 2021 was barely used for only few weeks between my 5 weeks hospitalization June- July and then again not used due to hospitalizations August 2-22, and September 6-14, 2022, September 20-24, 2021 and stopped using mid November 2021 upon discovery of charcoal black dust edited by concentrator into the cannula. September 17, 2021 It was reported to Lincare Holding LLC Boston MA Manager Lisa Crews of being defective as shown by unreasonably delayed concentrator from orange( warning) and green light (proper oxygen concentration) and in November 2021 of concentrator emitting charcoal black dust into the canulla and my lungs, that made me hospitalized December 6-15, 2021. As Lincare Holding LLC transferred the ownership to this concentrator to myself November 1, 2021 instead of repairing it, and refusing to repair it, in January 13, 2022 I contacted DeVilbiliss learning of the warranty covering this concentrator until April 19, 2024. My request to repair it was denied to me unlawfully as the Warranty COVERS THE PRODUCT, the Standing Oxygen Concentrator, and NOT THE OWNER. PLUS THAT OWENRSHIP WAS TRANSFERRED TO ME BY LINCARE HOLDINGS LLC. AS I received no further communication from DeVilbiss Healcare llc, inspite of filing the complaint with them, I request BBB to assist me with resolution, exchange of this defective concentrator for another standing oxygen concentrator by DeVilbiss under the warranty until April 2024, as by denying me it, DeVilbiss deprives me from life sustaining medication, oxygen, that I have no other oxygen equipment.       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

       

      I request this complaint to remain open, as offer extended to me seems inadequate and contains a legal language of Confidential Release that is prohibitive as it stands.

      Furthermore, my complaint extends to the second DeVilbis standing oxygen concentrator delivered to me by Lincare Inc.  February 3, 2022, also defective and overheating, loud and vibrating, causing me lung infection and hospitalization February 11-20, 2022 after only 7 days of usage, as reported to DeVilbis February 6, 2022 and February 22, 2022.
